| 摘 要： | 采用TBA比色法、邻苯三酚自氧法化法测定33例神经性皮炎病人和58例正常人血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、红细胞SOD活性(SOD)。结果显示:神经性皮炎病人血清LPO值明显增高(P<0.001);红细胞SOD明显降低(P<0.05);LPO/SOD比值明显增高(P<0.001);疾病组LPO与SOD变化无明显相关性(P>0.05)。提示,脂质过氧化反应在神经性皮炎发病过程中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | The serum lipid peroxide (LPO) levels and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were determined respectively with the method of thiobarbitutrate colorimetry and pyrogallol autoxidation in 33 patients with neurodermatitis and 59 normal subjects. The results showed that the LPO leveles of patients were significantly higher than those of the normal sudjects (P<0.001); the erythrocyte SOD activity of patients was significantly lower than that of the controls (P<0.05); the ratio of LPO levels and SOD activity in patients was obviously increased compared with that of the controls(P<0.01)and there was no significant linear correlation between LPO levels and SOD activity. The results mentioned above suggest that lipid peroxidation,oxygen free radical reactions,plays a definite role in the pathogenetic process of neurodermatitis. |
