摘    要:目的:比较人脂肪基质细胞(human adipose-derived mesenehymal stem cells,hADSCs)在矿化条件与非矿化条件下分别培养,评价矿化液对其增殖和分化的影响。方法:酶消法原代培养人脂肪基质细胞,再以含地塞米松、β-甘油磷酸钠和维生素C的矿化液进行诱导,MTT检测矿化液对细胞增殖的影响,细胞培养上清液检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性及骨钙素(OCN)含量。结果:矿化液抑制细胞的增殖,提高人脂肪基质细胞ALP活性和骨钙素的含量。结论:人脂肪基质细胞在矿化条件下可以表现出成骨细胞特性。

Abstract:Objective:Toexpl oreosteogenic differentiation of human adipose-derived mesenehymal stem cells bymineralization solution. Methods: Human liposuction aspirates were proteolytically digested and centrifuged to obtain hADSCs.
