| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合疗法治疗视神经损伤的临床疗效。方法将45例视神经损害患者随机分为综合治疗组23例和对照组22例。对照组给予常规治疗，综合治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合复方樟柳碱，辅助高压氧，联合中药离子导入。对两组治疗前后患眼视力变化和两组疗效进行统计学分析。结果治疗后综合治疗组患眼视力提高幅度较对照组高（P〈0．05），且综合治疗组总有效率达87．0％，明显高于常规治疗组的45．5％（P〈0．01）。结论综合疗法治疗视神经损伤疗效显著，安全性高，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of synthetical treatment on optic nerve damnification.Methods 45 patients was randomly divided into the test group(23 cases) and the control group(22 cases),the general therapeutics was delivered to the control group,the synthetical methods was gave to the test group. The curative effect and eyesight change between the two groups were analysed by statistics analysis.Results The eyesight was improved significantly higher in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall effective ratio of the test group reached 87.0%,while the overall effective ratio of the control group reached 45.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion The methods of synthetical treatment for optic nerve damnification is effective and highly safe which is worth using widely. |
