| 摘 要： | 目的 为心理评估和心理护理提供依据，探讨内镜检查前患者焦虑、抑郁的严重程度和特点。方法 用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS），测评1500例患者在胃肠镜检查前的焦虑、抑郁状态。结果 胃肠镜检查前患者均存在明显焦虑、抑郁（P〈0．001），不同年龄、不同文化程度，其焦虑、抑郁的程度不同，〉60岁、文化程度高者其焦虑、抑郁程度重。结论 胃肠镜检查前患者的心理健康状态较差。在胃肠镜检查前实施有效的心理干预能有效减轻患者精神压力，有效减少并发症发生，提高检查质量及安全度。
