Diet Nursing of Warfarin Anticoagulation Treatment in Atrial Fibrillation Patients

Warfarin is the oral anticoagulant coumarins in the long-term medication of patients with atrial fibrillation,warfarin interaction with diet,has increasingly become the focus of attention. This paper describes the use of TCM therapy catering facilities,attention to diet,regular monitoring of INR and PT,a timely adjustment of prescribed dose and dietary habits,to avoid unnecessary bleeding and thrombosis,in order to achieve a satisfactory anticoagulant effect,raise the patients quality of life.
