氦氖激光照射兔期门穴区对胆总管内压力的影响

摘    要:以记录胆总管内压力为指标,观察激光照射期门穴区对胆道系统的影响,在激光照射免期门穴区后15分钟,胆总管内压力升高,60分钟达高峰,持续达2小时。压力升高可能增加了胆道排泄的动力,故本实验可为激光照射期门穴区,促进胆道结石排出提供初步实验依据。

Abstract:Recently it was reported that gallstone could be evacuated after laser irradiation on Pt.Qi Men in patients suffering from cholelithiasis.To study the mechanisms of evacuation,it is necessary to measure the basic pressure in the common bile duct during and after the laser irradiation. The experiments were performed in 24 rabbits.Animals were under urethane anesthesia.The common bile duct was cannulated and the Pressure was measured with Electso transducer.The results were as follows:in exerimental group(16 ani- mals)the basic pressure in common bile duct began to rise 15 to 30 minutes after laser irradiation on Pt.Qi Men 15 minutes and reached the peak level in 60 to 90 minutes.Fourteen out of sixteen animals maintained this level for two hours.The rcsults are significant(p<0.01 ). In control group(8 animals)there was no significant changes of basic pres- sure in the common bile duet during the experiment. The results indicate that the basic pressure in common bile duct is increased after laser irradiation on Pt.Qi Men which might be of the possible causes for the evacuation of gallstone.
