| 摘 要： | 目的：总结抗癌活性肽抑制肿瘤生长和转移的研究进展。方法：检索出40余篇文献，选用与本文相关32篇文献作参考文献。结果：抗癌活性抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和转移的研究进展较快，有些抗癌肽的氨基酸序列已明确，抗癌机理也在深入研究中。结论：抗癌活性肽有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和转移作用，促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡，副作用小，研究作用时间长能口服的抗癌肽将是未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the inhibitory effects of anticarcinogenic bioactive peptides on neoplasm proliferation and metastasis.Methods:32 papers related to this title were reviewed.Results:The research on the effects of anticarcinogenic bioactive peptides on reoplasm proliferation and metastasis made rapid progress.Some amino acids of anticarcinogenic peptides were clear.The mechanisms of anticarcinogenic peptides were further researched.Conclusion:Anticarcinogenic bioactive peptides has antiproliferative and antimetastatic effects for carcinoma.It pormotes apoptosis of tumor cells with less side-effects.Oral anticarcinogenic peptides is tendency towares further study. |
