| Abstract: | A case of a tubulopapillary hidradenoma was studied by light and electron microscopy and by immunohistochemistry. The tumor, the first reported from the axilla, demonstrated both eccrine and apocrine differentiation and may have arisen from the recently described apoeccrine gland located at this site. |
