上海市某区2008年HIV抗体检测情况分析

目的分析2008年本区的艾滋病病毒（Human Immunodeficiency Virus，HIV）抗体检测数据，了解各人群的HIV感染状况，为今后艾滋病监测和防治工作提供依据。方法对本区来源的HIV抗体检测标本进行酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测，并对检测结果进行分析。结果2008年全年检测标本中共计发现HIV感染者24例，总感染率为0．2％。在自愿咨询检测、看守所、暗娼，及同性恋酒吧均发现感染者，其中男男性行为者发现所占比例最高。结论对有男男性行为者应重点监测防控，对一般人群加大宣传力度，发动全民预防艾滋病。

Analysis of HIV Antibody Detection in Certain District of Shanghai in 2008

Objective To analyze the HIV antibody test data of our district in 2008, understand the HIV situation of different people, and to provide a basis for AIDS surveillance, prevention and control in future. Method To detect the specimen from our district with Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay （ELISA）, and analyze of test results. Results We totally found 24 cases infected by HIV in 2008, the infection rate was 0.19%. The infectors were found from Voluntary Counseling and Testing, pretrial detention centers, sex workers and gay bars, of whom the proportion of men who have sex with men is the highest. Conclusion We need to launch all the people to prevent AIDS, and emphasis monitor, prevention and control in men who have sex with men, promote propaganda in general population.
