角膜移植治疗角膜基质营养不良33例临床分析

本文总结了３３例４４眼角膜基质营养不良角膜移植,追踪３月～１０年。结果：４４眼中,除斑块状营养不良施行板层角膜移植４眼术后视力无改善外,其余视力均提高０．１以上,有效率为９１％;追踪２～１０年,植片透明率９３．６％;４眼于术后发生排斥反应,发生率９．１％;４眼原病复发,复发率９．１％。结论：角膜基质营养不良是角膜移植的最好适应症,并发症少,选择适当的手术方式是手术成功的关键。

Treating corneal dystrophy by means of keratoplasty (33 cases reports)

Thirty three corneal dystrophy patients (forty four eyes) recepted keratoplasty.The duration for follow up was from three months to ten years.Besides for four lamellar corneal graftings for macular dystrophy,other patients obtained better visual acurity than 0 1.The effective rate was 91 percent.Clear rate of grafts was 93 6 percent from 2 to 10 years after operation.Rejection occurred in four grafts from 3 to 6 months after operation.The diseases recurred in four grafts from 3 to 5 year after operation Corneal dystrophy is the best indication for corneal grafting.Suitable operation style is the most important.
