| 摘 要： | 为寻找治疗化学烧伤性角膜表面衰竭的方法,对１４眼严重化学烧伤致角膜表面衰竭者行异体角膜缘移植,同时解除睑球粘连,重建眼表面。结果：１４眼移植片全部成活,睑球粘连解除转动自如,穹隆成形。眼球外观基本正常。并有３人行角膜穿透移植以期改善视功能。结论：异体角膜缘移植能有效地重建严重化学烧伤性眼表面,并为增视手术打下基础

Limbal allograft transplantation for corneal surfacial failure in alkali burned |

| Abstract: | Objective:To find a way to cure corneal surfacial failure caused by alkali burned.Methods:Limbal allograft transplantation,Bleepharoophthalmosymphysis separation and reconstraction of ocular surface were operated on 14 eyes with severe alkali burned.Results:All 14 grafts are alive.No one melts or dislocats,and the palpebrae are free completly from bulbus oculi,The fonicis have been formed.The appearances of ocular surface are approximately normal.The eyeballs move freely.3 of them were performed on penetrting keratoplasty to improve visual function.Conclution:Limbal allograft trasplantation is useful for ocular surface disorders.And basing it,the other surgery for vision could be done. |
