| 摘 要： | 探讨白内障术后应用Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光治疗膜性白内障的方法及并发症的防治方法。方法：发ＥＣＣＥ术后及ＥＣＣＥ＋ＩＯＬ植入术后两组。根据两组术后形成的膜性白内障膜的厚薄，选择激光能量并分别采用“＋”字切开、横形、纵形及沿瞳孔边缘作开罐式切开或环形切开法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the technique of using Nd-YAG laser in treating the postoperative mem brane after cataract surgery and to prevent complications. Methods: Patients were divided into two groups, i. e. post-ECCE group and post-ECCE IOL group. According to the thickness of membrane to choose laser power. The models of capsulotomy were crossed, horizontal, vertical, can-opening or circular along pupil rim. Results: The result was satisfactory. The visual acuity was improved significantly. In ECCE group, the main complication was transient increase of IOP(46.5%). In ECCE IOL group, the main complication was injury to IOL (36.67%). Conclusion: Nd-YAG laser capsulotomy is a kind of safe, simple and effective technique. Handling of the technique is the key of preventing complications.. |
