腹部外伤的CT诊断价值

目的 进一步认识腹部创伤的CT诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析95例闭合性腹部创伤患者的CT表现，其中36例经手术治疗证实，59例行保守治疗的病例中，51例治疗后经第2次CT扫描证实创伤病灶愈合或好转。结果 95例腹部外伤患者中，脾挫伤31例，其中合并腹腔积血25例，肝挫裂伤3例，肝脾复合伤33例，均合并不同程度腹腔积血，肾挫伤18例，其中合并肾包膜下血肿12例，外伤性膈疝4例，外伤性肠系膜血管破裂3例，外伤性消化道穿孔3例。结论 CT对腹部创伤具有很高的敏感性，能较准确、迅速地诊断腹内脏器的受损情况，为临床选择治疗方法提供重要依据。

CT evaluation of abdominal trauma

Objctive An evaluation of CT diagnosis of abdominal trau ma . Methods CT appearance of abdominal trauma was analyzed retrospectively in 95 c ases. Thirty-three patients were cured by operation, and the other 59 patients received conservative treatment. Fifty-one patients out of 59 were seen heale d or improved by a follow up CT scan after the conservative treatment. Results The study included: 31 cases of splenic contusion, accompanying with hemoperiton eum in 25 cases; 3 cases of hepatic laceration; 33 cases of liver and spleen com pound trauma accompanying with hemoperitoneum; 18 cases of renal contusion, with subcapsular hemorrhage in 12 cases; 4 cases of midriff colic; 3 cases of mesent ery breach; 3 cases of digestive tract perforation. Conclusion CT is sensitive a nd precise in evaluating abdominal trauma, providing important information for t reatment.
