心脏永久起搏器术后并发症分析及防治体会

目的探讨永久起搏器术后并发症处理及预防。方法回顾分析本院4年来25例植入永久起搏器病例,总结并发症及防治措施。结果起搏器囊袋血肿2例;起搏器综合征2例,均为单腔起搏器VVI工作方式;感知障碍4例。植入后10个月起搏阈值增高1例;起搏器介入性心动过速1例。结论规范术前准备,熟练手术技能,加强对术后患者随访,并认识起搏器术后并发症,及时处理,可减少并发症及其危害。

Complication analysis and preventive experience after the operation of implanting permanent pacemaker

Aim Probe into the solution and prevention of the complication after the operation.Method Summarize 35 cases of implantation in hospital.Period of trace:4 years.Results Two cases of swollen package of pacemaker;two cases of pacemaker syndrome all these above are in the VVI ways the pacemaker works;four cases of barrier of sense.one case of rise of threshold of pacemaker after 10 months;one case of intervening tachycardia.Conclusion Regulate the preparations before operation.Improve the operation skills,trace the patients after the operation.Identify the complications after implantation and deal with in time to reduce the complications and the harm of them.
