| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨参乌冠心冲剂对老年无症状心肌缺血（SMI）的治疗效果.方法：将90例入选病例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例.对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组口服参乌冠心冲剂,疗程为1个月.结果：治疗组显效35例,好转17例,无效8例,总有效率为86.67%;对照组显效10例,好转8例,无效12例,总有效率为60.00%;治疗组效果显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：参乌冠心冲剂对老年无症状心肌缺血有较好的治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of SGG in treating senile asymptomatic myocardial ischemia (SMI). Method: 90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases) treated with SGG and the control group (30 cases) treated with western medicine for 1 month. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 60.00%. The difference between the two groups was notable (P<0.05). Conclusion: SGG has good effect in treating SMI. |
