驻新疆武警某部战士患病率抽样调查分析

【目的】了解常见病、多发病与执勤训练之间关系,为部队制定相应的预防措施,提供科学依据。【方法】采用包含有呼吸道、消化道常见病,皮肤病,常见训练软组织伤,过敏性鼻炎等内容调查表。在某部随机挑选3861名男性官兵,分新兵组（入伍1年）1461人,老兵组（入伍2年以上）2251人,干部组149人,采用样本对照研究方法,所有数据用primer统计软件进行χ2检验,比较组间患病率差异,以P〈0.05为显著差异。【结果】普通感冒、化脓性扁桃体炎、胃胀不适、腹泻,新兵（入伍1年）与老兵（入伍2年以上）有显著差异（P〈0.05）;毛囊炎、疣、腰部、上、下肢软组织伤、下肢静脉曲张老兵发病率明显高于新兵（P〈0.05）;干部患过敏性鼻炎明显高于战士（P〈0.05）。战士易患普通感冒、化脓性扁桃体炎、胃胀不适、腹泻与部队驻地地理环境、气候条件存在一定关系,毛囊炎、疣、腰部、上、下肢软组织伤、下肢静脉曲张与训练执勤强度成正相关,并可造成部队非战斗减员。【结论】根据部队训练执勤任务,生活环境采取一定的预防措施,可降低疾病发生率,避免传染流行。

Survey on the morbidity of commonly and frequently encounted diseases in armed police force in Xinjiang

Objective] To understand the relation between common and frequently encountered diseases and military training,for providing a scientific basis for setting the preventive measures.
