综合性心理干预对糖尿病患者的临床研究

目的：观察综合性疗法在Ⅱ型糖尿病患者治疗中的效果。方法：将108例糖尿病患者按心理检查时单双序号分为研究组和对照组，研究组在口服常规降糖药物治疗的基础上，采用综合性心理干预治疗，生物反馈，放松训练，支持性心理治疗等，对照组仅口服常规降糖药物治疗，每位患者均于治疗前、治疗后3个月末和6个月末检测临床指标：空服血糖（FPG），餐后2小时血糖（2HPG），糖化血红蛋白（HbAlC)，血脂（TC，TG，DHL－C），体重指数（BMI）；治疗前和治疗后6个月末测查生活质量评定问卷（GQOL－74），并进行治疗前后的同期组间比较。结果：研究组治疗后3个月末和6个月末临床指标改善明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗后6个月末的生活质量明显提高。结论：综合性心理疗法能有效提高Ⅱ型糖尿病患者生活质量和临床控制效果。

Comprehensive Intervention on Diabetes Militus

Objective: To study the effect of comprehensive interventi on on diabetes militus Method: 108 patients with non-insulin dep endent diabetes militus (NIDDM) were divided into comprehensive intervention gro up and regular treatment group by simple randomization The comprehensive inter vention included supportive psychotherapy, relaxation training, biofeedback and regular hypolycemics The regular treatment group received only hypolycemics Both groups received tests of FPG (free plasma glucose), 2HPG (plasma glucose af ter 2 hours of a meal), HbA1C, TC, TG, HDL-C at baseline, 3 months after interve ntion and 6 months after intervention BMI (body weight index) and GQOL-74 (gen eral quality of life) were also assessed at baseline and 6 months after interven tion Result: The comprehensive group had better results than re gular group in above indexes at 3 months and 6 months after intervention They had also higher quality of life at the end of 6 months Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention can improve clinical effect in treatment of NIDDM and bring better quality of life of patients
