| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药物对胶体金层析法检测尿中吗啡的影响。方法采用胶体金单克隆抗体免疫层析法对尿中吗啡进行药物干扰,设试验组600例,按每组120例分为5组,分别服用安定、东莨菪碱、先锋Ⅳ、氟哌酸、扑热息痛,每组又分为60例服用正常剂量,60例服用正常剂量的1.5倍,次晨取尿样检测,同时设对照组60例。结果安定正常剂量组阳性8例,占13.3%(8/60),超剂量组阳性18例,占30.0%(18/60);东莨菪碱正常剂量组阳性12例,占20.0%(12/60),超剂量组阳性22例,占36.7%(22/60);先锋Ⅳ正常剂量组阳性4例,占6.7%(4/60),超剂量组阳性10例,占16.7%(10/60);氟哌酸正常剂量组阳性6例,占10.0%(6/60),超剂量组阳性12例,占20.0%(12/60);扑热息痛正常剂量组阳性10例,占16.7%(10/60),超剂量组阳性22例,占36.7%(22/60)。结论一些药物在一定浓度时会干扰此试验,观察结果时应结合临床用药情况综合判断,以避免造成把健康人作为吸毒对象。
