大鼠丘脑板内核向大脑皮质和尾-壳核的投射——荧光素双标法

摘    要:将荧光素DY注入大鼠的大脑皮质背外侧面的感觉区、运动区和扣带回前分,同时将FB注入尾-壳核,在丘脑板内核见到了DY标记细胞、FB标记细胞和双标细胞。DY标记细胞较少,排列稀疏,FB标记细胞较多,排列紧密。DY标记细胞多散在于FB标记细胞之间,在少数动物也见DY标记细胞集聚成团。同时注射扣带回前分皮质和尾-壳核之后,双标细胞出现于中央内侧核和中央外侧核;注射运动皮质和尾-壳核后,双标细胞除见于已有报导的中央外侧核外,在旁中央核也见到了双标细胞。双标细胞数量少,且在不同动物数量也不一致。半数实验动物的板内核未出现双标细胞,这可能是由于轴突分支向皮质和尾-壳核投射的细胞少,也可能还由于荧光索只注射于皮质和尾-壳核的某一点,一个神经元向此二处投射的轴突分支未能同时都被标记之故。

Abstract:In the present study the fluorescent dye Fast Blue (FB) was injected into the caudatoputamen complex (CP)and Diamidino Yellow (DY) into the cerebral cortex including cingulate, sensory and motor areas. Many FB cells and a small amount of DY cells were present in the intralaminar nucleus. FB cells disposed closely and DY cells distributed loosely among FB cells. Some of DY cells were also arranged in groups. Doubly labeled cells were also seen in the intralaminar nucleus. After injections of dyes into the cingulate cortex and CP, doubly labeled cells appeared in the central medial and central lateral subnuclei; when sensory cortex and CP were injected, they appeared in the central lateral and paracentral subnuclei; after injection of motor cortex and CP, they appeared not only in the central lateral which has been reported by Cesaro in 1979, but also in the paracentral subnucleus. The numbers of doubly labeled cells were generally low, and were varied in different animals.
