心理干预治疗对青光眼患者预后的影响

目的 探讨心理干预治疗在青光眼患者治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 将2009年10月至2011年10月本院收治的128例原发性青光眼患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各64例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合应用心理干预方法进行心理干预治疗,比较两组患者住院治疗时间、手术并发症发生率,以及住院时和出院时SAS与SDS评分结果.结果 观察组住院时间为(6.2±2.4)d,对照组为(8.9±3.1)d,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(u=5.464,P＜0.01)；观察组术后并发症发生率为6.25％,对照组为14.06％,组间比较差异有统计学意义(x2=9.520,P＜0.01)；观察组患者出院时SAS评分为(43.33±7.24)分、SDS评分为(40.54±8.74),对照组为SAS评分(51.01±12.29)分、SDS评分为(48.74±14.31)分,两项组间比较差异有统计学意义(u=10.427、10.826,P＜0.01).结论 在常规治疗的基础上联合应用心理干预治疗可有效提高治疗效果,促进患者术后康复.

Influence of psychological intervention treatment on prognosis of patients with glaucoma

Objective To explore the clinical application value of psychological intervention in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods 128 cases of primary glaucoma treated in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2011 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,64 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional therapy,while the observation group treated with combined application of psychological intervention based on the routine treatment.The hospitalized treatment time,incidence rate of surgical complications,SAS and SDS scores during hospitalization and at discharge from hospital were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay was(6.2±2.4)d in the observation group and(8.9±3.1)d in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(u=5.464,P<0.01).The incedence rate of postoperative complications was 6.25% in the observation group and 14.06% in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(u=9.520,P<0.01).The SAS and SDS scores were(43.33±7.24)points and(40.54±8.74)points in the observation group,and(51.01±12.29)points and(48.74±14.31) points in the control group respectively,showing statistical differences between the two groups(u=10.427,10.826,P<0.01).Conclusion Based on routine treatment,the combined application of psychological intervention treatment can effectively improve treatment effect and promote the postoperative recovery of the patients
