心理状态和社会支持对癌症康复期患者生存质量的影响

目的了解心理状态和社会支持对癌症康复期患者生存质量的影响。方法选取接受治疗的癌症康复期患者189例,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL—BREF)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)分别测量患者的焦虑水平、生存质量及获得的社会支持状况。依据焦虑得分分为焦虑组(SAS得分≥50分)和非焦虑组(SAS得分<50分)。将焦虑组患者的生存质量与社会支持及焦虑水平分别进行相关性分析。结果焦虑组的生存质量在生理领域、心理领域、社会关系维度评分低于非焦虑组(P<0.01),焦虑组社会支持的利用度评分低于非焦虑组(P<0.01);焦虑组生存质量的社会关系评分与客观支持呈正相关(P<0.05),生理领域评分与支持的利用度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论存在焦虑情绪的癌症康复期患者生存质量较差,对支持的利用度低,应加强对癌症康复期患者的心理疏导,实施护理干预,以降低患者的焦虑水平,提高患者对支持的利用度,提高生存质量。

The effects of psychological status and social support on quality of life of cancer patients in rehabilitation period

Objective To understand the effects of psychological status and social support on quality of life of cancer patients in rehabilitation period.Methods Totally 189 cancer patients who received treatment in our infusion center were recruited.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the WHO Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) were used to measure patients’ anxiety level,quality of life and social support.According to the scores on SAS,patients were divided into the anxious group(SAS score≥50) and the normal range group(SAS score<50).The relationships between quality of life and anxiety level or social support were analyzed in the anxious groups.Results The quality of life scores in the physical,psychological,and social relationship dimensions were lower in the anxious group than in the normal range group(P<0.01);the score on the social support utilization scale was lower in anxious group than in the normal range group(P<0.01).The social relationship was positive related to the objective support(P<0.05);the physical health was negative related to social support utilization(P<0.05).Conclusion Cancer patients in the rehabilitation period with anxiety have poor quality of life and use less support.Psychological counseling should be strengthened to these cancer patients to reduce their anxiety levels,increase their social support utilization,and improve their quality of life.
