B超引导下穿刺活检术在儿科临床中的应用研究

目的 探讨超声导向穿刺活检术在儿科临床中应用的可行性和可靠性。方法 采用自动同步负压活检取样装置在B超引导下行穿刺活检术。分析超声引导下不同部位组织活检163例组织学诊断结果和并发症。结果 肾活检穿刺148例，组织学诊断141例，组织学诊断率95．3％；其它部位肿瘤穿刺15例，组织学诊断14例，组织学诊断率93．3％。肾脏穿刺后出现肉眼血尿6例(4．1％)，肾周或肾包膜下血肿4例(2．7％)；肿瘤穿刺后无出血、感染及肿瘤破溃等并发症。结论 超声引导穿刺活检术是一种安全准确，快速可靠的病理诊断方法。

The Application Research of Ultrasound-guided Biopsy in the Pediatric Patients

Objective To discuss the feasibility and reliability of applying ultrasound-guided percutenous puncture biopsy in clinical pediatric. Methods 163 puncture biopsies were performed with automatic biopsy device with negative pressure under the guidance of ultrasound. The histodiagnosis from different sources and the complications were analyzed.Results There are 148 renal biopsies and 141 of them got histodiagnosis. The effective histodiagnosis rate was 95.3% (n=141). 15 tumors from other tissues or organs were punctured and the histodiagnosis was made in 14 (93.3%). There were 6 cases with following visible hematuria (4.1%) and 4 cases with renal hematoma (2.7%). No patient had bleeding, infection and tumor metastasis after biopsy. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy is a safe, accurate, fast and reliable method for pathological diagnosis.
