6个月龄儿童眼屈光状况及其影响因素

目的:了解马鞍山市6个月龄儿童的眼屈光状况及其影响因素。方法:采用美国伟伦SureSight视力筛查仪,对在马鞍山市妇幼保健院儿童保健科健康体检的2146名6个月龄儿童进行视力筛查,结果用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。结果:6个月龄儿童左右眼球镜屈光度及散光检出率女童均高于男童;低出生体重儿、双胎儿、先心儿的6个月龄眼球镜屈光度均高于正常儿童,但散光检出率与正常儿童相比差异无统计学意义。结论:6个月龄儿童眼球镜屈光度和散光检出率存在性别差异,6个月龄儿童眼屈光状态以远视占优势,婴儿先天不良因素可能对6个月龄婴儿眼屈光状态产生影响。

Ocular refractive status and influence factors of six - month - old children in Ma'anshan city

Objective:To understand ocular refractive status and influence factors of six-month-old children in Ma'anshan city.Methods:The ocular refractive status of 2 146 six-month-old children was measured by American Weilun SureSight vision screening device.The results were statistically analyzed with SPSS 10.0 software.Results:Six-month-old infants' left and right-eye diopter and astigmatism detection rate of girls were higher than those of boys,diopter of six months old infants with low birih weight,twins,congenital heart disease were higher than those in normal children,but astigmatism detection rate had no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:There are gender differences in eye diopter and astigmatism detection rate of six-month-old infants,hyperopia is dominant in eye refractive state of six-month-old infants,congenital adverse factors may have an impact on eye refractive state of six-month-old infants.
