双虎清肝颗粒联合恩替卡韦片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎30例临床观察

目的观察双虎清肝颗粒联合恩替卡韦片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（以下简称乙肝）的临床疗效。方法将60例乙肝患者随机分为2组，对照组30例予恩替卡韦片治疗，治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用双虎清肝颗粒治疗，2组治疗第4周时观察主要症状、体征改善率，比较2组治疗6个月后丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）复常率、乙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸（HBV—DNA）水平较基线下降率。结果治疗组治疗第4周时主要症状、体征改善率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后ALT复常率、HBV—DNA水平较基线下降率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论双虎清肝颗粒联合恩替卡韦片治疗乙肝，在改善患者-临床症状、恢复肝功能及降低HBV—DNA水平方面均有较好疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of combination therapy of Shuanghu Qinggan granule and entecavir tablets on the treat- ment of chronic viral hepatitis B

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination therapy of Shuanghu Qing- gan granule and entecavir tablets on chronic viral hepatitis B. Methods 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was given Shuanghu Qinggan granule and entecavir tablets, and the control group was administered with entecavir tablets. After 24 -weeks of treatment, ALT normalization rates, HBV -DNA levels and improvement of main signs and symp- toms of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of main signs and symptoms, ALT normalization rates, the decreased levels of HBV - DNA compared with the baseline levels in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Combination therapy of Shuanghu Qinggan granule and ente- cavir tablets has good therapeutic effect in improvement of main signs and symptoms,recovering liver function and de- crease in levels of HBV - DNA for chronic hepatitis B,it should be popularized.
