白术茯苓与白术茯苓汤对脾气虚腹泻大鼠模型胃肠形态及水液代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:观察及比较白术、茯苓与白术茯苓汤对脾气虚腹泻大鼠模型胃肠形态及水液代谢的影响机理。方法:采用破气苦下饥饱失常法复制脾气虚腹泻模型。以白术、茯苓及白术茯苓汤灌胃给药,以光学显微镜进行组织形态学观察,以炭末推进法测定各组大鼠小肠推进率,以电解质分析仪测定血清电解质水平。结果:①病理观察:模型组动物胃肠胀气,胃肠壁均变薄,胃、小肠、大肠充血水肿。经治疗后不同程度的恢复。②小肠推进率:与空白组比较,模型组的小肠推进率显著降低(P0.05);与模型组比较,白术茯苓组和茯苓组的小肠推进率显著升高(P0.05)。③血清电解质水平:与空白组比较,模型组Na+、K+水平均显著降低(P0.05);与模型组比较,白术茯苓组Na+水平和白术组K+水平显著升高(P0.05)。结论:三组对脾气虚腹泻大鼠模型的胃肠形态及水液代谢皆有改善作用;白术茯苓配伍之白术茯苓汤多数指标优于单味药,与单味药比较呈现出协同增效的"相须相使"效应。

Effect of Baizhu,Fuling and Baizhu Fuling Decoction on Gastrointestinal Morphology and Water Metabolism in Rat Model of Spleen Qi Deficiency with Diarrhea

Abstract:Objective: To study and compare the gastrointestinal morphology and water metabolism in rat model of spleen Qi deficiency with diarrhea by using Baizhu, Fuling and Baizhu Fuling Decoction. Methods: Building spleen deficiency diarrhea model by irregular diet and elimination with the bitter-cold purgatives and curing the rats by Baizhu, Fu ing and Baizhu Fuling Decoction. Using optical microscope to observe microstructure morphology of the stomach intestinal tissue, application of charcoal powder propelling method to determine intestinal propulsion rate and electrolyte analyzer to determine serum electrolyte levels. Results: ①Patbological observation: flatulence, thinning of the gastric wall and hyperemia and edema in gastrointestinal system happens in model group. The curing groups had improved after treatment. ②Intestinal propulsion rate: comparing to the blank group, model group's gastrointestinal propulsion rate descend; comparing to the model group, Baizhu Fuling Decoction group and Fuling group's gastrointestinal propulsion rate ascend. ③Level of serous electrolytes: comparing to the blank group, model group's Na_, K+level in serum descend; comparing to the model group, Baizhu Fuling Decoction group's Na+level in ser- um ascend and Baizhu group's K+level in serum ascend. Conclusion: The three groups have the improving effects on gastrointes- tinal morphology and water metabolism in rat model of spleen Qi deficiency with diarrhea. Among them, Baizhu Fuling Decoction was the best in regulating the above mechanism, which reflects " (mutual) assistance and reinforcement".
