| 摘 要： | 目的：评价左旋氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染两种方案的经济效果。方法：将52例泌尿系统感染患者随机分为左旋氧氟沙星静脉滴注组和左旋氧氟沙星静脉口服序贯疗法组，观察临床效果并作成本效果分析。结果：左旋氧氟沙星静脉滴注组和左氧氟沙星静脉口服序贯疗法组总成本分别为645．20元、472．04元，疗效分别为88．46％、84．62％（P〉0．05）。结论：左氧氟沙星静脉口服序贯疗法是治疗泌尿系统感染的较佳方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the economic effects of two levofloxacin therapeutic schemes for urinary system infection. Methods:52 cases of urinary system infection collected from this hospital were divided into two groups:iv levofloxacin group and iv oral sequential levofloxacin group.Clinical effect was observed and cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out.Results:The total costs were 645.20 yuan and 472.04 yuan and the effective rates were 88.46%and 84.62%(P> 0.05) in iv levofloxacin group and iv oral sequential group respective.Conclusion:The iv oral sequential levofloxacin scheme is better one for treating urinary system infection. |
