| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童眼外伤临床特点及处理方法。方法 将我院近10年收治的114例(120眼)儿童眼外伤进行回顾性分析。结果 儿童眼外伤致盲最多是穿孔伤，钝挫伤次之。致伤物主要是玩具枪、鞭炮烟花、铁丝剪刀等。治疗前盲目者54眼占45．00％，治疗后盲目者19眼占15．83％。视力恢复0．7以上49眼占40．83％。眼球穿孔伤71眼，视力恢复≥0．30有23眼，占32．39％。结论 儿童眼外伤严重危害视功能，及时正确处理可获较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of ocular trauma in children, find measure for prevention and treatment. Methods Retrospective clinical analysis was done in 114 cases (120 eyes) of ocular trauma in children,which treated by our department in recent decade. Results The first reach which caused blind in ocular trauma in children was perforating injury, the second was blunt trauma. Without treatment, 45.00% (54 eyes) was blind. After treatment,it reduced to 15.83% (19 eyes). The visual aeuities of 49 eyes (40.83%) recovered over 0.7. The visual acuities of 23 eyes (32. 39%) exceeded 0.3 in 71 perforating injury eyes. Conclusion The ocular trauma in children injuried treatment visual function seriously. Good effect can be obtained by proper. |
