听源性惊厥易感大鼠点燃后海马结构内的突触素表达

摘    要:为探讨听源性惊厥点燃对突触可塑性的影响,采用免疫细胞化学方法结合体视学分析,研究了Wistar种系的听源性惊厥易感大鼠(P77PMC)惊厥和点燃后海马结构内突触素p38表达的差异。结果显示:(1)P77PMC大鼠1次惊厥后,海马结构内p38免疫反应产物呈明显的板层样分布;(2)P77PMC大鼠点燃后,p38免疫反应产物的定位分布与1次惊厥后相比较,没有明显改变,但是,p38免疫反应产物的密度普遍增

SYNAPTOPHYSIN EXPRESSION IN THE HIPPOCAMPAL FORMATION AFTER KINDLED SEIZURES IN AUDIOGENIC SEIZURES PRONE RATS
Abstract:In order to explore the effect of audiogenic kindling on synaptic plasticity,the present study investigated the difference of synaptophysin expression in the hippocampal formation after single(AS)and kindled(KAS)audiogenic seizures in P77PMC rats,a strain of Wistar audiogenic seizures prone rats.Using immunocytochemistry and morphometry,we obtained the following results:(1) in AS rats,synaptophysin like immunostaining in the hippocampal formation was characterized by a laminar distribution pattern,which was similar to that observed in normal rats;(2) in KAS rats,the pattern of synaptophysin immunostaining in the hippocampal formation was approximately similar to that in AS rats.Whereas,as compared with AS rats,the optical density of synaptophysin immunostaining significantly increased in the mossy fiber layer in the area CA3 of the hippocampus and the inner molecular layer of the dentate gyrus( P <0 05).These results indicated that audiogenic kindling could increase the expression of synaptophsin,and there was a close relationship between synaptophysin expression and sprouting of granule cell.
