| 摘 要： | 肌成纤维细胞是一组平滑肌样成纤维细胞，在正常心脏仅存在于瓣膜组织中。急性心肌梗死后，来源于成纤维细胞的肌成纤维细胞被激活，是参与心肌梗死后创伤修复与胶原沉积的主要细胞，在心肌间质纤维化和心室重塑中处于中心地位。

| Abstract: | Myofibroblasts are smooth-muscle-like fibroblasts,and only reside in valve in normal heart.Myofibroblasts which origin from fibroblast are activated after infarction and are major cells in wound recovery and collagen deposition.They also play an important role in interstitial fibrosis and ventricular remodeling.A better knowledge of the characters of myofibroblasts will be conductive to the exploration on new therapies in myocardial interstitial fibrosis. |
