| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨掌指关节内骨折的外固定器治疗方法。方法 采用自行研制的微型外固定器治疗掌指关节内骨折25例／28指。结果 平均固定29天，随访6个月，骨折均愈合，治疗优良率71．5％。结论 微型外固定器治疗掌指关节内骨折操作简便，不破坏骨的生物学特性，维持骨折复位，并易于手指早期功能锻炼等特点。

| Abstract: | ve To discuss the treat methods of small external fixation in metacarpophalangeal joint fracture. Methods Since 1992, 25 cases/28 fingers of metacarpophalangeal (MP) joint fracture have been treated with small external fixation (SEF) deviced by self. Results The satisfactroy rate is 71.5% . Conclusion The advantages of SEF compared with other fixation implants include the following: simplicity of the operative procedure, undisturbance of the bone biology and being liable to early exercise. |
