| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨臂丛神经损伤的治疗方法及效果。方法 1985年6月～1997年8月共收治臂丛神经损伤患者51例，采用神经内外松解、神经移植及多组神经移位方法进行治疗，全部病例经半年至12年随访。结果 总优良率达62．6％。结论 术中对神经损伤性质的判断及适宜手术方式的选择是决定术后效果的重要因素。

| Abstract: | ve To discuss and analyze the methods of curative effect and brachial plexus injury. Methods From June 1985 to August 1997, 51 cases of brachial plexus injuries were used neurolysis, nerve grafting and severd nerve transfer. All cases were followed up from half to 12 years. Results The superior rate was 62.6%. Conclusion The judgement of nerve injury quality in operation and optimal operative method are important factor of postoperative effect. |
