桡骨远端关节内骨折的分型与治疗

目的 探讨桡骨远端关节内骨折的临床分型及治疗。方法 根据损伤机制结合治疗方法将桡骨远端关节内骨折分为：Ⅰ型：矢状面骨折；Ⅱ型：冠状面骨折；Ⅲ型：复合型。分别采用闭合复位、经皮穿针推拔复位内固定、开放复位三种方法进行治疗。结果1993。1999年共治疗30例，经8-24个月随访，优19例、良10例、可1例，优良率96．7％。结论 该分型方法合理、实用、简便，结合 正确治疗选择，可以取得较好的疗效。

Classification and treatment of the intra-articular firactures of distal radius

Objective To study the classification and treatment of the intra-articular fractures of the distal radius. Methods According to the mechanism of injurtes, the intra-articular fractures of the distal radius were divided into three types. Type 1: sagittal section fractures (11 cases) ; Type 2: coronary section frac-tures (8 cases) ; Type 3: complex fractures. Three kinds of methods were separately used to treat closed re-duction, inter-fixation through impaling a nail across the skin with pushing or pulling and open reduction. Results From 1993 to 1999, after 8 ~ 24 months'follow-up, 19 cases were excellent and 10 cases were good, the superior rate was 96.7%. Conclusion The classification was proper, practical and simple. With correct treatment, it could get a good prognosis.
