美沙酮维持治疗海洛因依赖者父母养育方式及应付方式的对照研究

目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗海洛因依赖者的父母养育方式及应付方式。方法:采用病例对照研究的方法,对86例美沙酮维持治疗海洛因依赖者(观察组)与93例社区居民(对照组)分别用一般资料问卷、父母养育方式评价量表和应对方式问卷进行评估。结果:观察组的养育方式中"父母温暖理解"、"母亲拒绝否认"、"父亲过度保护"这3项因子分显著高于对照组,而"父母惩罚/严厉"、"母亲过分干涉/保护"、"母亲惩罚/严厉"、"父亲拒绝否认"这4项因子分显著低于对照组;应付方式中"解决问题"、"求助"这两项因子分观察组得分显著低于对照组。结论:美沙酮维持治疗海洛因依赖者存在不良的父母养育方式及不成熟的应付方式,这些因素可能是造成海洛因依赖的危险因素。

A CONTROL STUDY OF PARENTAL FOSTER PATTERNS AND COPING STYLES IN HEROIN DEPENDENT PATIENTS ON METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT

Objective:To understand the parental foster patterns and coping styles in heroin dependent patients on methadone maintenance treatment(MMT). Methods:A case-control design was used in this study. Demographic data, EMBU (Egma Minnen av Bardnosnauppforstran) and Coping Style Questionnaire were used to assess the parental foster patterns and coping styles from 86 patients on MMT (the observed group) and 93 controls from community residents (control group). Results:The scores in the subscales "parental warm and understanding", "mother's refuse and deny", and "father's over-protection" in the observed group were significantly higher than those in control group. Compared to control group, the scores on "parents' punishing and being strict", "mother's interference and over-protection", "mother's punishing and being strict", "father's refuse and deny" were significantly lower in the observed group. The scores in the subscales "problem solving", "seeking help" in the observed group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion:Heroin dependent patients on MMT have unhealthy parental foster patterns and immature coping style, these factors may be the cause of the risk factors of heroin dependent patients.
