精神疾病患者入院形式及其影响因素的回归分析

目的：探讨精神疾病患者的入院形式及其影响因素。方法：采取分层抽样的方法，对1999年6月至11月来成都市公安局、卫生局及民政局管理的三所精神病院新入院的313例精神疾病患者进行定式检查及简明精神病量表（BPRS）评定，并采用社会科学统计软件包进行统计分析。结果：自愿入住精神病院的占10．5％，非自愿入院89．5％。精神病复发而入院81．8％。 入院时的陪送人员：配偶27．9％，父母21．8％，其他亲属15．4％。入院时完全无自知力占39．3％，大部分自知力丧失27．5％。明显社会功能障碍占85．9％。敌对性的OR为2．076（P＝0．000），自知力1．835（P＝0．000），概念紊乱1．484（P＝0．014）。结论：成都地区精神疾病患者是以非自愿入院为主。影响入院形式的主要因素依次为敌对性，自知力及思维障碍。

Study on the Admission Patte rns of Psychiatric Patients and Regressi on Analysis of Their Influential Factors

Objective:To investigate the admission patterns of the psychiatric patients and their influential factors.Method:Stratified sampling,structured interview schedule and the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)were used to measure 313 psychiatric patients admitted to three mental hospitals in Chengdu.Statistical analysis was made by SPSS for Windows 8 0.Results:The results showed that the voluntary admission to hospital was 10 5%,and involuntary admission 89 5%.The readmission rate was 81 8%.At the time of admission,the patients were accompanied by spouse in 27 9%,by parents in 21 8%,and by other relatives in 15 4%;39 3% patients had no insight,27 5% had poor insight,and 85 9% patients were disabled.OR:hostility 2 076(P=0 000),insight 1 835(P=0 000),and concept disorder 1 484(P=0 014).Conclusions:The involuntary admission to mental hospital was the major pattern in Chengdu city.The influential factors on admission were hostility,insight and thought disorder.
