超声和CT联合检查在肝外胆管癌诊断中的应用

【目的】通过肝外胆管癌超声(US)及计算机断层扫描(CT)检查，探讨联合应用US、CT对肝外胆管癌诊断的应用价值。【方法】98例经手术病理证实的肝外胆管癌病例，其中US检查96例，CT检查59例，US CT检者57例。根据不同检查方法显示的影像学表现、诊断与手术病理结果进行对照分析。【结果】肿瘤显示率US76％，CT72．9％，联合应用组89．5％。定位诊断准确率US84．4％，CT78％，联合应用组93％；定性诊断准确率US80．2％，CT78％，联合应用组91．2％。【结论】联合应用US、CT能明显提高肝外胆管癌的肿瘤显示率和定性定位诊断准确率。

Application of Combined Ultrasonography and CT Examination in the Diagnosis of Extrahepatic Bile Duct Carcinoma

To explore the application value of combined ultrasonography (US) and computerized tomography (CT) examination in the diagnosis of extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma (EBDC).Ninety-eight patients with EBDC were confirmed by operation and pathological section, 96 cases out of them were examined by US, 59 cases were examined by CT and 57 cases by both. The imaging features of different methods, diagnosis and pathological results during operation were analyzed comparatively.The detection rates of tumor in US, CT and US combined with CT were 76%,72.9% and 89.5%, respectively; the accuracy rates of localization diagnosis in US, CT and US combined with CT were 84.4%,78% and 93%, respectively ; while 80.2%,78% and 91.2% were obtained for the accuracy rates of quality diagnosis in US , CT and US combined with CT.[Conclusion]Combined application of US plus CT can markedly elevate the rates of tumors detection, the accuracy rates of quality diagnosis and localization diagnosis in patients with EBDC.
