神经阻滞治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

目的 观察神经阻滞疗法对偏头痛的疗效.方法 将98例偏头痛患者随机分成两组:对照组49例,采用阿司匹林等药物治疗;观察组49例,采用三叉神经(I支) 阻滞或枕大、小神经阻滞配合星状神经节阻滞治疗,治疗后6个月随访,以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定疗效.结果 治疗后6个月,对照组49例患者中优10例,良25例,差10例,无效4例;观察组49例患者中优18例,良28例,差2例,无效1例,两组疗效间差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 神经阻滞治疗偏头痛的疗效明显优于药物治疗.

Cinical Research of Nerve Block in the Treatment of Migraine

Objective To observe the efficacy of nerve block on migraine.Methods Ninety-eight migraine patients were randomized into groups control(group Ⅰ,n=49,receiving aspirin therapy),observation(group Ⅱ,n=49,receiving nerve block treatment).After treatment,follow-up was performed for 6 months to evaluate the efficacy by visual analog scale(VAS).Results After 6 months of treatment,excellent efficacy was noted in 10,good in 25,poor in 10 and no efficacy in 4 in group I,while in group Ⅱ,18,28,2,1,respectively,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nerve block is superior to drug treatment in therapy of migraine.
