| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药解毒液化方治疗精液延迟液化症（湿热瘀阻证）的临床疗效。方法将99例精液延迟液化症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组50例，口服解毒液化方和加替沙星片；对照组49例，口服加替沙星片。30d为1个疗程。观察记录精液液化时间和精液白细胞计数的变化情况。结果治疗组在精液液化时间、精液白细胞计数等方面疗效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论解毒液化方治疗精液延迟液化症有良效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiedu Huayu decoction on delayed seminal liquefaction.Methods 99 patients with delayed seminal liquefaction were randomly divided into treatment group(n =50),treated with the Jiedu Huayu decoction and gatifloxacin tablets orally,and a control group(n=49),with gatifloxacin tablets only,30 days in one course for both.The changes of the liquefaction time and the quantity of seminal leuko-cytes were measured.Results The changes of those in the treatment group... |
