咽炎颗粒的提取工艺研究及对急性咽炎的临床观察

目的 :对咽炎颗粒的提取工艺进行优选及观察其对急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 :①正交实验法 ,以收得率为指标 ,对提取时间、溶剂量、次数进行考察 ;②以随机对照方法将 4 4例急性咽炎患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 (咽炎颗粒 ) 2 9例 ,对照组 (玄脉甘桔颗粒 ) 15例。结果 :提取工艺中加入 10倍水量 ,煎煮 1 5小时 ,共三次是最佳提取方案 ;临床观察的治疗组和对照组在年龄、性别、病情程度上无差别 ,急性咽炎治疗组总有效率 82 7% ,总显效率 5 1 8% ,对照组总效率 5 3 5 % ,总显效率 2 0 0 %。经统计学处理 ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :咽炎颗粒对治疗急性咽炎有较好的治疗作用 ,优选工艺简便、可行、省时、重现性好 ,为生产工艺改进提供了实验依据

The Study of Processing Technology of Pharyngitic Granules and Its Clinical Observation on Acute Pharyngitis

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of the pharyngitis granules,and to determine the efficacy of the pharyngitis granules in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods:Three factors influencing the pharyngitis granules were optimized by orthogonal test.The rate of ertract was marked.Forty-four patients were selected and randomly divided in to treatment group and control group.Twenty-nine patients were in the treatment group (pharyngitis granules +ampicillin,PGAN),15 patients were in the control group (Xuanmai ganju granules+Ampicillin,XMAN).Results:The more effective way was addition of ten times the amount of water and heated for 1.5 hours,and extraction for three times.The treatment group and the control group showed no significant difference with regard do the age,sex and severity of disease.In PGAN group the total effective rate was 82.7%,and SMAN group was 53.3%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group of acute pharyngitis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results suggested that pharyngitis granule had a better result on the treatment of acute pharyngitis.The optimal procedures were simple and repeatable.
