摘    要:目的分析病毒性脑炎的临床表现及磁共振影像学特点,评价MRI对其诊断价值。方法对36例经临床确诊的病毒性脑炎患者的临床与影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果 36例患者的MRI均表现为多发片状异常信号,T1WI稍低或等信号,T2WI稍高异常信号,液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)可以更清晰地发现病灶;DWI呈明显高信号,表观弥散系数(ADC)值降低。结论 MRI对评价病毒性脑炎的病变范围、病情严重性及预后和指导临床治疗具有重要价值,可作为病毒性脑炎影像学首选的检查方法。

Abstract:Objective Through analyzing the clinical manifestations and MRI features of patients with viral encephalitis to assess the diagnostic value of MRI.Methods The clinical and MRI findings of 36 patients with viral encephalitis proved clinically were retrospectively reviewed.Results Multiple patchy abnormal signals were found in all cases,i.e.low or equal signal on T1WI and relatively high signals on T2WI,lesions could be more clearly found in fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR) Sequence.Intensity high signals also appeared in diffusion weighted imaging(DWI).The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) values decreased significantly.Conclusion MRI has important value in evaluating involved extent and degree of viral encephalitis,prognosing outcome and guiding clinical treatment,so that it should be a preferred imaging examination in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis.
