治疗性血浆置换对患者血液成分的影响

目的观察治疗性血浆置换(TPE)治疗对患者血常规及电解质、肾功能、血浆蛋白的影响。方法应用血细胞分离机对44例患者进行160次血浆置换治疗,治疗前后做血常规、电解质、肾功能、血浆蛋白检查。结果治疗后患者血小板(94.41±54.19)×109/L,比治疗前下降33.3%(P<0.01)。尿素氮从(16.12±10.48)mmol/L下降至(14.37±8.98)mmol/L;肌酐从(511.73±441.38)μmol/L下降至(455.00±425.54)μmol/L;球蛋白从(56.75±55.65)g/L下降至(44.52±40.11)g/L;白蛋白/球蛋白比值从1.14±0.77升高至1.28±0.79,接近正常值(P<0.01)。结论治疗性血浆置换能明显改善肾功能,降低球蛋白,对电解质影响不明显。

The Impact of Therapeutic Plasma Exchange on Blood Components of Patients

Objective To observe the impact of therapeutic plasma exchange（TPE） on blood components,electrolytes,renal function and plasma protein of patients.Methods 160 times plasma exchange were operated in 44 patients,the blood componets,electrolytes,renal function,plasma protein were examined pre-and post-TPE.Results The platelet of patiests in post-TPE was（94.41±54.19）×109/L,compared with pre-treatment,which decreased 33.3%（P0.01）.Urea nitrogen decreased from（16.12 ±10.48） mmol/L to（14.37±8.98） mmol/L;creatinine decreased from（511.73±441.38） μmol/L to（455.00±425.54） μmol/L;globulin decreased from（56.75±55.65） g/L to（44.52±40.11） g/L;The ratio of albumin/globulin increased from（1.14±0.77） to（1.28±0.79）（P0.01）,and it closed to normal value.Conclusion Therapeutic plasma exchange can improve renal function of patients,decrease globulin,and no effect on electrolyte was found.
