中老年糖尿病患者脂代谢紊乱的比较分析

目的通过对糖尿病高脂血症患者与单纯高脂血症患者血脂水平的比较分析,为预防中老年心脑血管病的发生提供依据和思路。方法将该院2009年5月确诊的100例中老年高脂血症患者分为实验组与对照组各50例。实验组为糖尿病合并高脂血症患者,对照组为单纯高脂血症患者。分别对两组的总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）及血糖（GLU）水平进行组间比较。结果两组TG、HDL-C及GLU比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;TC和LDL-C两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;分别对两组男性、女性患者的上述指标进行比较,结果与总体近似。结论糖尿病脂代谢紊乱患者除TG升高、HDL-C降低外,LDL-C升高明显,其发生心血管疾病的危险性明显增加,降低LDL-C浓度为其首要治疗目标。

Analysis of disorders of blood lipid levels in diabetic patients for middle aged and elderly people

Objective To compared disorders of blood lipid levels in diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia patients,to provide bases for prevention of cardia-cerebrovascular diseases in middle aged and elderly people.Methods Total 100 patients were divided into two groups,these were diabetic group and hyperlipidemia group.Each group were divided into male group and female group.Comparing the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and GLU in two groups.Results For two groups,levels of TG,HDL-C and GLU were significantly different（P0.01）,TC and LDL-C were not significantly different（P0.05）.Comparing all indices in male and female groups.The results were similar to above.Conclusion The level of LDL-C is higher in diabetic patients.The risk of cardia-cerebrovascular diseases is increasing and it is the first task to reduce the level of LDL-C.
