| 摘 要： | 我国正在进行的公立医院改革除了立足于我国实践基础,更需要借鉴其他国家的改革经验.本文对英国、德国、日本等国家的公立医院改制进行比较分析,探讨国外公立医院改制模式,为我国公立医院改制提供参考和经验借鉴.提出改革要立足于明确公立医院责任、体现公益性、引入市场机制加强竞争、提高服务质量和效率等原则.

| Abstract: | China is ongoing reform of public hospitals in addition to foothold in the practice foundation,and has more needs to learn from the reform experience of other countries.To carry on comparative analysis about Britain,Germany,Japan and other overseas countries of public hospital restructuring,to explore overseas public hospital reform patterns,provide a reference for our country public hospital restructuring and experience for reference.Public hospital reform should base on the clear responsibility,nonprofit,introducing market mechanism principle of strengthening the competition to improve service quality and efficiency. |
