血塞通对全髋关节置换术围术期红细胞脂质过氧化的影响

目的探讨血塞通对全髋关节置换术（THR）围术期红细胞脂质过氧化的影响。方法选择2009年8月至2011年10月收治的进行THR患者40例，分为血塞通组和对照组各20例。血塞通组于术前1d采血后，每天使用1次血塞通0-4g静脉滴注，对照组不使用血塞通。两组术后常规预防感染，逐步进行康复训练。两组患者均在术前1d，术后1、3、5、7、14d抽取血样测定红细胞中丙二醛（MDA）水平。结果两组患者THR后1、3、5、7d红细胞中MDA水平均较术前明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术后3、5、7d，血塞通组红细胞中MDA水平较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论THR可使红细胞脂质过氧化增强，血塞通可使术后红细胞脂质过氧化降低，在一定程度上减少了THR后深静脉血栓的形成。

Effect of sanqi panax notoginseng for preoperative RBC lipin peroxidation by total hip replacement

Objective To study the effect of sanqi panax notoginseng for red blood cell （RBC） lipin peroxidation by total hip replacement （THR）. Methods A total of 40 patients with THR enrolled in the hospital form August 2009 to October 2011 were selected and randomized into two groups：the sanqi panax notoginseng group and the control group （without sanqi panax notoginseng）, 20 cases in each group. The sanqi panax notoginseng group was drew blood 1 d before operation and then intravenously injected with 0.4 g sanqi panax notoginseng once daily ,while the control group was not employed sanqi panax notoginseng. Postoperative routine infection prevention and rehabilitation training were used in both groups. Blood samples were drew in both groups on 1 d before operation and 1,3,5,7,14 d after operation to measure the content of malondialdehyde （MDA） in RBC. Results The contents of MDA in RBC on 1,3,5,7 d after THR in both groups were increased obviously with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The contents of MDA in RBC in sanqi panax notoginseng group on 3,5,7 d after operation were lower than those in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The RBC lipin peroxidation is enhanced after THR,while it is decreased with sanqi panax notoginseng after THR and reduce the formation of deep venous thrombosis after THR to an extent.
