N 末端脑利钠肽原在川崎病患儿血浆中的改变及其意义

目的：探讨N末端脑利钠肽原（N-terminal pro-brain peptide ，NT-pro BNP）在川崎病（Kawasaki disease ，KD）患儿血浆中的改变及意义。方法：通过测定25例KD患儿急性期及恢复期血浆NT-pro BNP水平、C-反应蛋白（C-reac-tive protein ，CRP）及心肌肌钙蛋白I（cardiac troponin ，cTnI）水平，检查超声心动图，对照同期20例急性上呼吸道感染患儿，分析其变化及意义。结果：KD患儿急性期血浆NT-pro BNP、CRP及cTnI均增高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），恢复期均降低；急性期冠状动脉损伤组（Coronary artery lesion ，CAL ）血浆NT-pro BNP水平较非冠状动脉损伤组（Nocoronary artery lesion ，NCAL）略高，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：血浆NT-pro BNP水平对诊断KD具有一定的特异性，急性期增高可能与心肌损伤及炎症有关。

Change in Plasma N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide in Children with Kawasaki Disease and Its Significance

Objective ：To study the change in plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in children with Kawasa-ki disease and its significance .Methods ：The plasma NT-pro BNP levels ,C-reactive protein and cardiac troponin I levels were determined in 25 cases of KD children in acute and recovery phases and the echocardiogram were checked ,com-pared with 20 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children during the same period ,changes and signifi-cance were analyzed .Results：KD children with acute phase plasma NT-pro BNP and CRP and cTnI were increased , compared with the control group were significant statistically significant （P0 .05） .Conclusion：The plasma NT-pro BNP levels for the diagnosis of KD has cer-tain specificity and increased in acute stage may be associated with myocardial injury and inflammation .
