重组人脑利钠肽联合硝普钠治疗急性心力衰竭的40例临床疗效分析

目的探讨重组人脑利钠肽(rh-BNP)联合硝普钠治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将收治的80例急性心力衰竭患者随机分为rh-BNP联合硝普钠治疗组(观察组)和硝普钠治疗组(对照组),每组各40例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组患者的77.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组患者治疗后的心率、LVDD及LVEF水平均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论采用重组人脑利钠肽联合硝普钠治疗急性心力衰竭临床疗效可靠,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical Analysis of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Nitroprusside in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rh-BNP combined with nitroprusside in the treatment of acute heart failure. Methods 80 cases of acute heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 40 cases in each group,compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95%, significantly higher than that in control group（77.5%）. After treatment, the levels of heart rate, LVDD and LVEF in the observation group were superior than that in control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）,There was no obvious adverse effect in two groups during treatment. Conclusion Using rh-BNP combined with nitroprusside in the treatment of acute heart failure has good effect,is worthy of further clinical application.
