移动式多媒体电化宣教新模式在产科健康教育中的应用

目的 了解移动式多媒体电化宣教新模式在产科健康教育中的作用.方法 将足月分娩产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各300例,对照组按照产科常规护理模式进行健康教育,采用口头宣教、发放资料、个别交流、示范指导等形式进行.实验组除常规的健康教育外,还启用移动式多媒体电化宣教新模式.采用问卷调查对宣教的各项内容掌握程度进行评估.结果 应用多媒体电化宣教组的产妇自护能力的掌握明显优于对照组,母婴患病率低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 多媒体电化宣教提高了宣教效果,有助于孕产妇及家属提高自护能力,预防并发症的发生,减轻了护士的工作量,节省人力和时间.

Application of mobile multimedia electronic Dawa in health education in gynecology and obstetrics department

Objective To understand the effect of mobile multimedia electronic Dawa in health education in gynecology and obstetrics department.Methods 600 full-term lying-in women were divided into two groups and 300 cases in each group.Control group received routine obstetric health education,which included oral Dawa,handed out paper,the individual exchange,and other forms of demonstrations and guidance.Experimental group received not only the routine health education,but also mobile multimedia electronic Dawa.Questionnaire survey on the lying-in women's mastery situation was done.Results The maternal self-care ability of experimental group was obvious superior to the control group,and maternal and child morbidity of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Multimedia electronic in health education increases education effect,helps pregnant women and their families to improve self-care,prevents complications,and reduces the workload of the nurse as well as saves manpower and time.
