| 摘 要： | 目的:总结手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:对60例有移位的胫骨平台骨折切开复位、内固定,骨缺损同时予以植骨。结果:60例患者随访2年,按Merchant评分标准:优良率87.5%。结论:对有移位的胫骨平台骨折手术切开复位内固定,有骨缺损予以植骨。

| Abstract: | Objective:To conclude the curative effect of fractures of the tibial plateau by surgery.Method:To perform open reduction and internal fixation for fractures of the tibial plateau for 60 cases,and allograft implantation for defective fractures.Result:60 cases were followed up for 2 years.The excellent and good rate was 87.5% on merchant grading system.Conclusion:It is optimal to perform open reduction and internal fixation for displaced fracture of the tibial plateau,and allograft implantation for defective fractures. |
