乙型肝炎患者血清标志物、前S1蛋白和HBV-DNA检测的相关性探讨

目的：检测并观察乙型肝炎患者血清标志物(HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb)、前S1(Pre-S1)蛋白和HBV-DNA的相关性，探讨新型指标Pre-S1检测的临床意义。方法：(1)用ELISA法测定100例乙型肝炎患者及35例健康体检者的乙肝血清标志物，并按结果分为3组．(2)各组用乙肝病毒Pre-S1蛋白诊断试剂检测Pre-S1蛋白。(3)用定量PCR检测上述标本的HlBV-DNA。(4)观察检测血清标志物，Pre-S1和HBV-DNA相关性。结果：Pre-S1蛋白在HBeAg( )组中检出率(82.50％)和HBeAg(-)组中检出率(46．67％)差别有统计学意义；Pre-S1蛋白与HBV-DNA有良好相关性。结论：3项实验指标之间具有良好相关性，Pre-S1蛋白是HBV感染与复制的新指标，有望作为乙型肝炎新的检测手段和新的标志物。

Relationship between Serological Markers, Pre-S1 Protein and HBV-DNA in Patients with Hepatitis B

Objective:To study the relationship between serological markers(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb),pre_S1protein and HBV_DNA in patients with hepatitis B.Methods:(1)ELISA was used to measure the serological markers in patients with hepatitis B and normal persons.According to the results,they were divided into three groups.(2)Their pre-S1protein was measured with HBV pre-S1diagnosis reagents.(3)The HBV-DNA was detected with quantified-PCR.(4)The relationship between serological markers,pre-S1protein and HBV-DNA was observed.Results:The detectable rate of pre-S1protein in positive HBeAg group(82.50%)was higher than that in negative HBeAg group(46.67%)(P<0.01).Conclusions:There was a sig-nificant relationship between serological markers,pre_S1protein and HBV_DNA.The pre_S1protein would be used as a new marker for infection and replication of HBV.
