温阳益气、活血利水法对慢性心力衰竭左室重构的影响

摘    要:为研究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者左室重构的变化及温阳益气、活血利水药对其影响,选择经常规药物治疗效果不佳的CHF患者34例,给予口服温阳益气、活血利水中药治疗,治疗前后用多普勒超声诊断仪测定其左室射血分数(EF)及左室重量指数(LVMI),用X线胸片测定其心胸比(CTR)。设24例正常人作为对照组,观察比较CHF患者治疗前后EF、LVMI、CTR的变化。结果:CHF患者与对照组在治疗前比较,EF明显下降(P<0. 01),CTR、LVMI明显增加(P<0 .05),经温阳益气活血利水药治疗后,EF有明显提高,CTR、LVMI均明显下降(P<0 .01)。结论:温阳益气、活血利水药能明显改善CHF患者的左室功能及左室重构。

Abstract:To study the effects of yang-warming and qi-benefiting, bloo d-activating and water-disinhibiting therapy on left ventricle remodeling of c hronic heart failure(CHF), 34 CHF cases irresponsive to routine medications were hence treated. Doppler ultrasonography was adopted to detect the ejection fract ion(EF) of left ventricle LVMI, chest X-ray to measure CTR before and after tre atment. Another 28 cases were also observed as control group. Results: EF obviou sly fell (P<0.01) and CTR and LVMI rose strikingly (P<0.05) in CHF cases ; after treatment, EF increased and CTR and LVMI decreased (P<0 01). Conclu sion: This therapy is quite effective to improve left ventricular function and r emodeling.
