摘    要:为研究同接触途径接触量与三硝基甲苯血红蛋白(TNT-Hb)加合物的关系,对硝氨炸药生产线各个工种进行了定点空气、个体空气以及工人皮肤污染量及TNT-Hb加合物测定。结果表明,TNT-b加合物与总接触量之间存在接触水平-反应关系r=0.414,p<0.05),尤其与皮肤污染量呈显著相关r=0.418,P<0.05),而与空气摄入量无明显相关(r=-0.243,P>0.05),由于空气吸入量与皮肤污染

Abstract:In order to study on the relationship between TNT hemoglobi(Hb)adduct and exposure levels of various ways for workers exposed to trinitrotoluene(TNT),TNT-Hb adduct,skin contamination,personal sampling and area sampling in air were determined simultaneously on the production line of nitro-explosive workers operated at different workplaces. The result showed that exposure response-relationship existed between TNT-Hb adduct level and total exposure level of TNT(r= 0.414, p<0.05).Especially,the levels of TNT-Hb adduct appeared significant correlation with the amounts of TNT from skin contamination(r=0.4l8,p<0.05) rather than with the amounts of TNT from the air. Decrease concentration of TNT in air will advantage to lower skin contamination since significant correlation existed between them. Therefore,comparison with determination of skin contamination,air concentration and metabolites in urine,monitoring of TNT-Hb adduct had many advantages that can be used to evaluate actual exposure level and to be good tohealth guardianship,and it is a good biological monitoring indicator.
